What materials do you use?

Most of my plushies use 100% worsted weight acrylic yarn, unless specified otherwise! Their eyes are usually plastic safety eyes (can also be made of black felt) and they're filled with polyester stuffing.

How long will my order take to complete?

If you're adopting an already-made plushie that's currently listed under my Shop page, your order will be ready to pick up as soon as one day after it's confirmed! Delivery can take between 1 to 3 business days to be fulfilled. For custom orders, I'll be in touch with you about when your order will be ready!

What is your delivery/pickup process?

Contactless porch delivery is available for anyone in Seaton Village! If you live between Dupont to Bloor and Christie to Bathurst, I can deliver straight to your home free of charge! If not, or if you prefer to pick up instead, choose the pickup option when you're completing your order, and we'll give you the pickup location!

Are the plushies safe for babies?

Yes!! Plushies are super soft and squishy and make great gifts for babies!

IMPORTANT: the eyes on plushies are plastic safety eyes. They are attached securely to the plushie, but could potentially be a choking hazard for small children. If you're concerned about that, just let me know and we can arrange to have felt eyes instead!
